Performance is measured, rewarded and visible: you will be trained by senior advisors who close transactions every day, work inside a structured sales system, and be paid for results.
The role
You are the first voice a prospective buyer hears from us. Working from our lead lists and partner referrals, you will call, qualify and book prospective mortgage clients for our advisory team, and follow up with them through every stage pre-approval, bank approval, disbursement and title deed issuance.
This is a telesales role for someone who wants to build a career in international real-estate finance and is hungry to earn on performance.
What you'll do
- Make outbound calls to warm and cold leads (buyers, investors, expatriates) in an international market.
- Qualify prospects on income, residency status, property budget and timeline using our eligibility framework.
- Book qualified consultations for our mortgage advisors and keep the pipeline updated in the CRM.
- Follow up persistently and professionally at every stage of the file pre-approval, bank approval, valuation, disbursement and title deed issuance — keeping clients informed and documents moving.
- Learn mortgage products, bank criteria and the home-buying process end to end.
- Hit weekly call, qualification and appointment targets.

- Mortgage and Banking experience are very highly preferred
- Bachelor's degree (minimum) — required.
