Role & responsibilities
- Manage Windows/Linux servers and IT infrastructure
- Monitor networks, systems, and applications
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware/software
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access
- Perform backups, updates, and security patches
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Maintain IT documentation and system records
Qualifications
- Diploma/Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- 13 years of system administration experience
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA, Microsoft, or CCNA are an advantage.
