About the Role

CRIB FACTORY Interiors & Furniture is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Interior & Furniture Sales Executive to join our team.

The role involves handling customer enquiries and sales for sofas, couches, custom furniture, board furniture, and interior solutions. The salesperson will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, preparing quotations, following up with leads, and converting enquiries into confirmed orders.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries through WhatsApp, phone, social media, and direct enquiries.
- Sell sofas, couches, custom furniture, board furniture, and interior solutions.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Prepare quotations based on company pricing and costing methods.
- Follow up with customers and convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
- Coordinate with the production and design teams for custom orders.




- Handle customer negotiations and maintain approved profit margins.
- Coordinate measurements, site visits, delivery, and installation when required.
- Maintain proper records of enquiries, quotations, follow-ups, and sales.
- Build long-term customer relationships and generate repeat/referral orders.

Training Provided

Complete product and sales training will be provided, including:
- Sofa & couch products
- Board furniture & custom orders
- Interior solutions
- Materials, boards, hardware, foam, fabrics, and finishes
- Customer requirement analysis
- Product measurements
- Costing & quotation preparation
- Pricing and profit margin calculation
- Customer communication and negotiation
- Lead follow-up and order closing

Salary & Incentives
- Salary: ₹9,500 – ₹18,000 per month, based on experience and skills.
- Commission on every successfully confirmed order.
- Commission will be based on the order value and applicable company comm
