About the Role

Digiguru Pathshala is looking for a motivated Academic Counselor & Sales Executive who can connect with students, job seekers, and working professionals, understand their career goals, recommend the right AI & Digital Skills programs, and convert interested leads into admissions.

This is a sales-focused counselling role, not a customer support or basic telecalling position.

Key Responsibilities
- Contact and follow up with prospective students through phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Understand students' career goals and recommend suitable programs.
- Explain course features, benefits, fees, and learning opportunities clearly.
- Handle questions and objections professionally.
- Follow up with interested leads and maintain regular communication.
- Convert qualified leads into course admissions.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly admission/sales targets.
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records.




- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure a smooth student onboarding experience.

What We Are Looking For
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Confident and positive personality.
- Interest in sales, counselling, education, or career guidance.
- Ability to handle objections and close sales.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp, and computers.
- Hindi communication is required; basic English is an advantage.
- Freshers with strong communication and a willingness to learn can apply.
- Previous experience in education sales, telesales, counselling, or inside sales will be an advantage.

Compensation

₹10,000–₹15,000 per month + performance-based incentives
