ReachX is a MediaTech startup that empowers brands to strengthen their market positioning and drive measurable sales growth through cutting-edge media, advertising, merchandising, and marketing solutions.

We are looking for an Operations Manager who can manage end-to-end operational activities, coordinate with clients and vendors, and ensure smooth and timely execution of advertising and merchandising projects.

Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations related to advertising, media campaigns, merchandising, and brand activation projects.
- Coordinate with clients to understand requirements, timelines, deliverables, and execution expectations.
- Plan and monitor end-to-end execution of merchandising and advertising activities.
- Coordinate with vendors, agencies, printers, fabricators, suppliers, and other external partners.
- Prepare and maintain project schedules, work orders, quotations, purchase requirements, and execution reports.
- Ensure timely availability and delivery of merchandising materials and campaign assets.
- Monitor quality, quantity,



branding standards, and timelines during project execution.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as Sales, Creative, Marketing, and Finance for smooth project delivery.
- Track project costs, vendor quotations, purchase orders, and operational expenses.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with vendors and ensure timely completion of assigned work.
- Handle operational issues and resolve execution-related challenges efficiently.
- Maintain proper documentation, MIS reports, inventory records, and project status reports.
- Support the Sales and Business Development team with operational inputs, costing, feasibility, and execution planning.
- Visit client locations, retail outlets, events, or project sites whenever required for execution and quality monitoring.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve turnaround time.

Requirements
