Education: Bachelor of Law (LL.B.) or Master of Law (LL.M.) from Tier 1 or 2 college
Exp Level: 3 - 7 Years post qualification. Prior Experience in Prominent legal firm is must.
Firm is looking for a qualified and experienced individual for the firms corporate advisory and transactional team. We undertake a broad spectrum of legal work including domestic and cross border transactions, general corporate advisory, and commercial contract negotiation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize transaction and commercial documents for domestic and cross border matters.
- Lead and manage legal due diligence exercises and prepare comprehensive due diligence reports.
- Advise clients on matters relating to various laws including Companies Act, FEMA, SEBI regulations.
- Independently manage client engagements and ensure timely completion of deliverables with minimal supervision.
- Lead client calls, meetings, negotiations, and discussions while maintaining strong client relationships.
- Contribute to knowledge management initiatives, legal updates, articles, and client alerts.
