Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
- Lead cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement, design solutions, and implement process improvements that drive cost reduction without compromising quality.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to establish quality metrics, track performance, and report on key indicators of success.
- Ensure effective communication of quality policies, procedures, and expectations across the organization.
- Implement process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma to achieve organizational goals.
- Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for quality improvement.

Job Requirements :




- Robust understanding of quality management principles and ISO 9001 certification.
- Proven ability to lead complex projects involving multiple stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.
- Experience in cost reduction strategies and their impact on quality.
- Knowledge of quality metrics and performance tracking tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder collaboration.
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to inform quality improvement decisions.
