Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily kiosk operations and supervise a team of 3–4 Promoters.
- Drive sales and achieve daily targets.
- Manage attendance, shift rosters, breaks and team discipline.
- Ensure proper kiosk hygiene, product display and brand presentation.
- Monitor POS, computer, printer, internet, CCTV and other equipment.
- Manage stock, inventory, sales records and cash reconciliation.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales and inventory reports.
- Coordinate with mall authorities and the brand team.
- Handle operational issues and escalate them when required.
