Job Summary

We are seeking an in-house Civil Engineer to support project planning, cost estimation, and coordination activities. The role primarily involves assisting the project architect in technical coordination, preparation of BOQs, quantity take-offs, and overseeing project progress through documentation and periodic site reviews. The position is largely office-based with limited site visits as required.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ), quantity take-offs, and cost estimates for projects.
- Assist in quantity surveying (QS) tasks including cost comparisons, measurement verification, and contractor billing review.
- Support the Project Architect in technical coordination with consultants, contractors, and vendors.
- Review drawings and ensure alignment between architectural, structural, and service drawings.
- Monitor project progress through documentation, reports, and coordination with site teams.
- Assist in preparation of tender documents, technical specifications, and project documentation.
- Review contractor submissions, material specifications,



and shop drawings where required.
- Conduct periodic site visits to review progress and ensure work is in line with drawings and specifications.
- Maintain project records, estimates, and cost tracking sheets.

Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience in construction, estimation, or quantity surveying.

Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, quantity take-offs, and basic cost estimation.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation tools.
- Understanding of construction materials, methods, and cost components.
- Positive coordination and communication skills.
- Organized approach to documentation and reporting.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
