Role & responsibilities- 10 years with 5 years in community activities and implementation of sociological aspect/ resettlement issues in a linear project.
3 years of experience of Resettlement and Rehabilitation issues for an externally-funded project.
5 years of experience in dealing with Safeguard related issues in accordance with the requirement of development partner;
Familiarity with the government system, profound communication skill with the local stakeholders.
