Role Description

We are seeking experienced professionals for the roles of
Finance Manager and Finance Assistant Manager
. These full-time, on-site positions are based in Secunderābād. The selected candidates will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, budget management, and financial analysis to guide organizational decision-making. Responsibilities also include monitoring financial transactions, ensuring compliance with regulations, preparing reports for stakeholders, and assisting in the formulation and execution of financial strategies that align with our organizational goals.

Qualifications
- Robust knowledge in Financial Planning, Budgeting, and Financial Analysis.
- Proficiency in Accounting, Compliance Management, and Financial Reporting.
- Proven leadership, decision-making capabilities,



and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced proficiency in financial software systems and tools.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
- Prior experience in rural or e-commerce-related industries is an advantage.
