About the Role

BuildAmbit is looking for a
Head, Talent Partnerships
to build and lead our corporate talent and placement ecosystem across the
Architecture, Engineering & Construction (AEC)
industry.

The core mandate is to build strong relationships with large and mid-sized AEC organisations, understand their talent requirements, and create
consistent hiring and placement opportunities for BuildAmbit's trained and industry-ready learners
.

This role sits at the intersection of
Corporate Partnerships, Employer Relations, and Placements
, with a robust focus on creating meaningful hiring outcomes for BuildAmbit learners.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage relationships with
large, mid-sized, and emerging AEC organisations
across Architecture, Engineering, Construction, EPC, Infrastructure, Real Estate, BIM, and allied sectors.
- Develop relationships with
HR Heads,



Talent Acquisition Heads, Business Heads, Design Heads, Project Heads, and hiring managers
.
- Build a strong pipeline of corporate hiring requirements and placement opportunities.
- Understand employer requirements including roles, skills, experience, locations, compensation, and hiring timelines.
- Map the right
BuildAmbit learners and graduates
to relevant job opportunities.
- Own the placement lifecycle from
requirement identification and candidate mapping to interviews, selection, offer, and joining
.
- Work closely with Program, Learner Success, and internal placement teams to ensure candidates are job-ready.
- Drive employer engagement initiatives including
placement drives, recruitment days, interviews, industry interactions, internships, and projects
.
- Maintain regular engagement with corporate partners to generate
repeat and recurring hiring opportunities
