We are searching a Tender Manager for managing government construction tenders from tender identification and document preparation through bid submission, evaluation support, contract award, and post-award coordination. The role requires robust knowledge of government procurement procedures, construction contracts, BOQs, cost estimation, and compliance requirements.

Experience:
- Typically 5–10+ years of experience in construction tendering, preferably with government or public-sector projects.
- Experience with government departments, PSUs, CPWD/PWD/ NBCC/ RAILWAY-type contracts, municipal projects, or other public infrastructure projects is advantageous.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and monitor government construction tenders through relevant e-procurement portals.
- Study tender notices, eligibility criteria, technical specifications, BOQs, drawings, and contract conditions.




- Coordinate preparation of technical and commercial bids.
- Ensure compliance with tender requirements, including EMD, performance security, registrations, affidavits, certificates, and other documents.
- Prepare tender queries, clarifications, and pre-bid submissions.

Salary: 15,000-50,000/ month

Key skills:
- Familiarity with government e-tendering/e-procurement portals.
- Knowledge of public procurement procedures.
- Bid preparation and submission.
- Strong documentation and communication skills

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
