Battery Manufacturing Technician

Key Responsibilities
- Perform battery manufacturing and assembly activities according to production procedures.
- Handle battery cells, components, terminals, connectors, casing, wiring, and other battery components safely.
- Operate and monitor battery production and assembly equipment.
- Perform charging, discharging, voltage, current, capacity, and other required battery tests.
- Identify defective batteries, components, and production issues.
- Maintain production quality and ensure products meet required specifications.
- Maintain proper records of production, testing, rejection, and rework.
- Troubleshoot basic electrical and battery-related problems.
- Support continuous improvement of battery production processes.
- Report production problems, equipment issues,



and quality concerns to the Production Supervisor.

Required Qualifications
- ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or a related technical field preferred.
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in battery manufacturing, battery assembly, electrical products, automotive batteries, EV batteries, or a similar manufacturing environment.
- Basic knowledge of electrical circuits, voltage, current, resistance, and battery testing.

Salary: depending on experience and technical skills.
