Role Description

• Actively follow up on business development activities, lead generation, and opportunities for the marketing and sales team, ensuring timely completion.

• Working on Domestic & International Sales

• Working on Strategies and implementing current things

• Revenue generation

• Driving the business

• Achieving the Sales Number

• Driving the Team and Motivating them

• Responsible for the scheduling, ordering and tracking of all events organized by the company.

• Working closely with the clients to create new business opportunities.

• Plans, execute on the deliverables and measure their success.





• Experience in sales and marketing with internal and external clients is desirable.

• Vendor Management

• Manages the Events logistics (sending information to participants, billing information, etc.)

• Process invoices and checks the invoices against orders.

• Preparing Presentations for Events and MIS for Events programs.

• Perform any other tasks as per assignments given by the manager as per departmental requirements.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in Delegate Acquisition and Conference Sales.
- Understanding of Business Development and broader Sales strategies
- Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to analyze metrics and produce insightful reports
- Creative mindset with knowledge of Sales trends and engagement strategies
- Proficiency in achieving Sales Target
- Strategic thinking and analytical abilities
