We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled skilled to lead our Human Resources Operations Service Excellence team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HRO, Shared Services, Hire to Retire, Service excellence, and Process improvement.

Roles and Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall quality of HR services.
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence and improve processes.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and deliver training programs for employees.
- Analyze data and metrics to measure performance and make informed decisions.

Job Requirements
