We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused Store Sales Person to manage in-store sales and assist customers with their pet food and related product requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and understand their pet food requirements.
- Recommend suitable pet food products based on the customer’s needs.
- Maintain good product knowledge, especially of different types and brands of pet food.
- Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and usage to customers.
- Achieve daily/monthly sales targets.
- Handle billing and assist with basic inventory management.
- Ensure products are properly displayed, stocked, and organized.
- Maintain cleanliness and overall presentation of the store.
- Follow up with customers when required and build good customer relationships.
- Coordinate with the store team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Requirements
- Prior experience in retail/store sales is preferred.
- Valuable knowledge of pet food and pet nutrition is required.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of billing and inventory management will be an advantage.
Compensation & Working Hours
- Salary: ₹10,000 per month
- Shift: 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM
- Weekly off as per store schedule.
Pay: ₹8,500.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
