Role Description
The Site Supervisor role is a full-time, in office position based in Mumbai. The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily site operations, coordinating workers and subcontractors, and ensuring that work is carried out according to plans, safety standards, and quality requirements. This role includes monitoring progress, resolving on-site issues, maintaining records,



and reporting status to management and clients. The Site Supervisor ensures materials and equipment are available, checks that work complies with specifications, and supports timely completion of tasks. The role also involves enforcing safety protocols, guiding site staff, and collaborating with engineers, vendors, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications
- Ability to supervise site activities, coordinate teams, and manage daily operations effectively.
- Strong understanding of construction or project execution processes, safety practices, and quality standards.
- Competence in reading and interpreting drawings, plans, and work instructions.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills for working with workers, contractors, and clients.
- Basic computer literacy for documentation, reporting, and use of project-related software.
- Relevant experience as a Site Supervisor or in a similar site-based role.
