We’re looking for a Full-Time Video Editor who already has a foundation in editing and wants to grow further by working on real YouTube projects, collaborating with an experienced team, and taking ownership of their work.
This is not just about cutting clips. You’ll be working on videos for international clients, understanding how creators approach content, and learning how to turn raw footage into engaging, polished YouTube videos.
Who This Is For
- Has at least 6 months of video editing experience
- Has hands-on knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro
- Has a good understanding of cuts, pacing, audio, transitions, and storytelling
- Can independently handle basic to intermediate editing projects
- Is not currently a full-time college student
- Understanding of English is very key
- Takes feedback seriously and is willing to improve
- Can commit to a full-time role
What You’ll Be Doing
- Editing long-form YouTube and reaction-style videos
- Working with raw footage and turning it into polished content
- Maintaining good pacing, storytelling, and audience engagement
- Following editing guidelines and client requirements
- Working alongside experienced editors and the wider team
- Taking ownership of assigned projects and delivering them on time
- Improving your editing skills through regular feedback and real-world projects
