What would your internship look like?
- No spreadsheets-only, no "just sit and observe"

What You'll Actually Do
- Hunt for great talent across startups & product companies
- Talk to candidates, screen them, get them excited about the role
- Coordinate interviews and keep the whole hiring engine running smooth
- Get a front-row seat to how founders build teams
- Jump into high-impact work - because startups don't run on job descriptions

*Coming from Sales, Operations, Customer Success or Hospitality?* *You'll probably be great at this.* - If you can talk to strangers, read a room and keep 10 things organised in your head at once - you already have half the skillset TA needs.
