Key Responsibilities
- Develop detailed PHE BIM models using Autodesk Revit MEP.
- Model domestic water supply, hot/cold water, soil & waste, storm water and drainage systems.
- Model fire-fighting systems including sprinkler, hydrant, wet riser and associated piping.
- Prepare plans, sections, elevations, schematics and detailed BIM drawings.
- Create and modify Revit families and maintain BIM content.
- Coordinate PHE models with HVAC, electrical, structural and architectural disciplines.
- Perform clash detection and resolution using Navisworks.
- Prepare coordinated shop drawings and construction documentation.
- Extract 2D drawings and schedules from Revit models.
- Support quantity take-offs and model-based documentation.
- Follow project BIM Execution Plan, modelling standards,



LOD requirements and QA/QC procedures.
- Update models based on design changes, site inputs and coordination comments.
- Assist in preparing as-built BIM models and documentation.
- Coordinate with engineers, BIM coordinators and project teams to meet project deadlines.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
