Role Overview

We are seeking a strategic Business Development Manager with 2 to 3 years of experience in Defence Sales to drive key growth initiatives and manage high-value government procurement cycles in Delhi.

Key Responsibilities
- Market Expansion: Identify and capture strategic business opportunities across the Ministry of Defence (MoD), armed forces, and PSUs.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong ties with key procurement officials and government decision-makers.
- Pipeline & Deal Closure: Manage the end-to-end sales lifecycle,



from lead generation to contract execution.
- Tender Management: Navigate RFPs, RFIs, and GeM portal bids to deliver winning proposals compliant with defence guidelines.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: B.Tech, M.Tech, or MBA from premier institutes, preferably IITs or IIMs.
- Experience: 2 to 3 years in Defence Sales and Business Development.
- Mandatory Requirement: Proven track record of working on at least one major Government/Defence project.
- Core Competencies: Solid negotiation skills, familiarity with DAP/DPP procurement policies, and executive presentation capabilities.
