Ground-level execution for India domestic marketing — dealer onboarding, regional relationship management, online portal optimization, and field marketing activities. This is a high-ownership role for someone who thrives on hustling in the market, not just managing screens.

Coimbatore (field travel required: Tamil Nadu, Rajasthan, Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Karnataka)

What You'll Do
- Identify, onboard, and activate pump dealers across South India priority regions
- Build and maintain a dealer database with contact, region, and product focus details
- Coordinate dealer marketing support: co-branded materials, product demos, margin structures
- Capture and route dealer leads into our CRM pipeline
- Attend regional industry events and trade exhibitions

Must-Have Profile
- 0–3 years in channel sales, dealer management,



or field marketing (industrial sector preferred)
- Comfortable with frequent regional travel
- Fluent in Tamil + English; working knowledge of Telugu or Kannada or Hindi is a plus
- Relationship-driven personality — builds trust fast, follows up consistently
- Basic CRM / Excel skills for tracking dealer activity

Good-to-Have
- Prior experience with pump, valve, motor, compressor, or similar industrial products
- Existing dealer/distributor network in Tamil Nadu or South India

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
