We're looking for a passionate and result-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to help grow Story Homes by increasing bookings, building strategic partnerships, and strengthening our online presence.

Key Responsibilities1. Drive Sales & Business Development
- Generate bookings through inbound and outbound sales calls.
- Develop and maintain relationships with travel agents, tour operators, corporates, travel communities, influencers, and other B2B partners.
- Identify recent business opportunities to increase occupancy and revenue.
- Achieve monthly booking and revenue targets.





2. Manage OTA Platforms
- Manage property listings on OTA platforms such as MakeMyTrip, Booking.com, Airbnb, Agoda, Goibibo, etc.
- Update room inventory, pricing, availability, and promotional offers.
- Optimize listings with compelling descriptions, images, and offers to maximize visibility and bookings.
- Monitor OTA performance and recommend strategies to improve occupancy.

3. Strengthen Digital Presence
- Manage and regularly update the Google Business Profile with posts, offers, photos, and announcements.
- Respond promptly to guest reviews and inquiries across all online platforms.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and seasonal offers.
- Track competitors, market trends, and suggest initiatives to improve brand visibility and booking performance.
