Job Description

The role involves supporting rubber compound development, laboratory evaluation, material testing, and product development activities while working alongside experienced R&D; professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Support rubber compound development and formulation activities.
- Conduct laboratory testing and evaluation of rubber compounds and raw materials.
- Assist in material characterization and performance evaluation.
- Support tyre development and product improvement projects.
- Analyze test results and prepare technical reports.
- Assist in troubleshooting and improvement of rubber compound performance.
- Coordinate with R&D;, Quality, Manufacturing, and other technical teams.
- Contribute to recent product development and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualification
- B.Tech / B.E. in Rubber Technology / Rubber Engineering
- Freshers to 1 year of relevant experience can apply.
- Strong understanding of rubber technology, polymers, compounding, and material testing preferred.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
