Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a seasoned and results-oriented Sales Executive with proven experience in selling electrical and mechanical solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing existing customer relationships, understanding customer requirements, and delivering technical solutions that address business needs while driving sales growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify current and future customer requirements by building strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and solution proposals to customers and prospects.
- Collaborate with customers, sales teams, engineers, architects, and technical teams to understand requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Prepare cost estimates, proposals, and business cases by analyzing customer requirements, technical documents, and project specifications.




- Partner with sales executives to plan and execute strategic deals throughout complex sales cycles.
- Translate customer pain points and business requirements into appropriate technical solutions and clearly communicate the value proposition.
- Work closely with the Technical/R&D; team to communicate customer feedback and support future product enhancements.
- Prepare sales engineering reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales, engineering, application, and market trends.
- Maintain strong technical and skilled knowledge through training, workshops, industry networking, and professional development.
- Monitor sales engineering effectiveness, identify short- and long-term challenges, and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Gather and document competitive intelligence to support sales strategy and market positioning.
- Travel as required to meet customers, attend meetings, conduct product demonstrations, and support business development activities.
