We are seeking a Workday Technical Consultant with 5+ years of experience in designing, developing, and supporting Workday integrations. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, APIs, Reporting, and Security, with experience integrating Workday with third-party applications.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, PECI, and PICOF.
- Develop inbound and outbound integrations using SOAP/REST APIs, XML, and XSLT.
- Create and maintain Workday reports, BIRT reports, and calculated fields.
- Configure Workday Security (ISU, ISG) and support tenant migrations using Object Transporter.
- Troubleshoot integration issues, support production environments, and participate in testing and release activities.




- Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and prepare technical documentation.

Required Skills
- 5+ years of Workday Technical experience.
- Strong expertise in Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connector Worker (CCW), PECI/PICOF, and Workday APIs (SOAP/REST).
- Hands-on experience with XML, XSLT, Workday Reporting, BIRT Reporting, and Workday Security (ISU/ISG).
- Knowledge of SFTP/FTP, PGP Encryption, and Workday release management.
- Robust analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Workday Integration or Workday Technical Certification is preferred.
- Experience with end-to-end Workday implementation and support projects is an added advantage
