Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a detail-oriented and intellectually curious Sales Research & Lead Generation Analyst to support our business development efforts. This role focuses on identifying target companies, researching key decision-makers, and gathering valuable business intelligence that enables our sales team to have highly personalized and effective conversations. The ideal candidate enjoys research, data analysis, and uncovering insights that lead to new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Research target companies across various industries. Identify executives and key decision-makers responsible for technology initiatives. Build high-quality prospect lists with verified contact information. Gather intelligence on company initiatives, digital transformation projects, technology investments, acquisitions, leadership changes, and hiring trends. Research executives' professional interests through LinkedIn, industry publications, interviews, podcasts, and company news. Maintain and enrich CRM records.



Monitor industry news and identify trigger events that create sales opportunities. Support outbound campaigns with customized prospect insights. Work closely with Business Development Representatives and Account Directors.

Required Qualifications

Excellent written and spoken English. Robust internet research and analytical skills. High attention to detail. Curious mindset with the ability to connect information from multiple sources. Strong organizational skills. Comfortable working with spreadsheets and CRM systems.

Preferred Qualifications

Good experience of research, sales operations, marketing, or business analysis experience. Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo, Crunchbase, Cognism, or similar prospecting tools. Familiarity with AI research tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, or Perplexity is an advantage. Basic understanding of the technology consulting industry.
