As a Senior Associate in Accelerated Solutions (M&A; IT), you will engage with Private Equity Operating teams globally to maximize deal value and expedite execution. Within our Deals practice, you will translate business objectives into practical technology strategies, focusing on IT infrastructure and cybersecurity across the M&A; lifecycle. This role involves assessing and aligning enterprise IT capabilities, coordinating global teams, and resolving critical risks to drive Day 1 readiness.
