Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design, implement, and maintain ServiceNow GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance) solutions to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and develop customized GRC strategies using ServiceNow platform.
- Provide training and support to end-users on ServiceNow GRC modules such as Policy Management, Risk Management, Audit Management, etc.
- Troubleshoot issues related to ServiceNow GRC implementation and provide timely resolutions.
Job Requirements :
- 5-11 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry with expertise in ServiceNow GRC.
- Solid understanding of ITIL framework and its application in an IT environment.
- Experience with service virtualization technologies like VMware or Citrix is desirable.
