We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Food Packer to pack food products safely and efficiently according to company standards. The person will be responsible for checking, packing, labeling, and preparing food products for storage or dispatch.
Key Responsibilities
- Pack food products according to specified quantity and quality standards.
- Check products for damage, contamination, or quality issues.
- Weigh and measure products accurately.
- Seal and label packets/cartons correctly.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the packing area.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety procedures.
- Operate basic packing equipment when required.
- Arrange packed products in boxes or designated storage areas.
- Maintain proper records of packing quantities.
- Report quality issues, damaged products, or equipment problems to the supervisor.
- Follow production schedules and complete assigned targets on time.
Requirements
- Minimum education: 8th/10th pass or equivalent.
- Previous food packing or manufacturing experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Basic understanding of hygiene and food safety.
- Ability to stand and work for extended periods.
- Physically fit and able to handle packing materials.
- Positive teamwork and discipline.
- Willingness to work in shifts if required.
