About the Role - We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Junior Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in prospecting and lead generation across India and USA markets, with a strong grasp of modern sales and outreach tools.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, research, and hunt for new business prospects in India and USA markets
- Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and other prospecting channels
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
- Schedule and support discovery calls/meetings with potential clients
- Maintain accurate records of prospects and interactions in CRM tools
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to refine outreach strategies
- Stay updated on the latest business development tools and market trends
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in business development / lead generation / prospect hunting
- Prior experience targeting India and USA markets is a must
- Familiarity with the latest prospecting and sales tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM software, email outreach/automation tools, lead databases such as Apollo/ZoomInfo, etc.)
- Excellent verbal communication skills — mandatory
- Solid written communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Local Pune candidates strongly preferred
