Job Description

TCS is looking for experienced ServiceNow CSM Developers / Technical Consultants with strong expertise in ServiceNow Customer Service Management, case management, portal development, integrations, and platform customization. The role involves designing, developing, enhancing, and supporting scalable CSM solutions to improve customer service operations and user experience.

Key Skills Required
- Strong experience in ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) Development
- Hands-on experience in CSM Case Management, Accounts, Contacts, Consumers, Entitlements, and Service Contracts
- Expertise in configuring Case Types, Assignment Rules, Routing, Escalations, SLAs, and Notifications
- Strong experience in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, and UI Policies
- Experience in ServiceNow Flow Designer,



IntegrationHub, Workflows, and Process Automation
- Hands-on experience in ServiceNow Customer Portal, Service Portal, UI Builder, and Employee Center
- Experience in developing and consuming REST and SOAP APIs
- Solid knowledge of ServiceNow Integration Methods, including REST, SOAP, MID Server, and IntegrationHub Spokes
- Experience in integrating CSM with external CRM, ERP, telephony, email, and third-party applications
- Knowledge of Customer and Partner Community Portals, Knowledge Management, and Service Catalog
- Experience in Agent Workspace, Configurable Workspace, and Workspace customization
- Hands-on experience in ACLs, Roles, Groups, User Administration, and ServiceNow Security
- Experience in Advanced Work Assignment, Skills-Based Routing, and Omnichannel Customer Service
- Knowledge of Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence, and AI-enabled customer service capabilities is an added advantage
