We are looking for a customer-focused and energetic Counter Sales Executive to handle customers at the sales counter, understand their requirement, provide suitable product recommendations, process sales transactions, and ensure an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and understand their product requirements.
- Explain product features, specifications, pricing, and offers.
- Recommend suitable products based on customer needs.
- Generate sales and achieve assigned daily/monthly sales targets.
- Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and bills.
- Handle cash, card, UPI, and other payment transactions accurately.
- Maintain proper records of daily sales and customer transactions.
- Coordinate with the warehouse/store team for product availability and delivery.
- Monitor stock levels and inform the concerned team about shortages.
- Maintain an attractive and organized product display.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and after-sales support professionally.




- Follow company policies and maintain proper discipline at the sales counter.
- Build positive relationships with customers and encourage repeat business.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 12th pass; graduation is preferred.
- 0–3 years of experience in retail, counter sales, showroom sales, or customer service.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with POS/billing software.
- Good numerical and cash-handling skills.
- Solid customer-service and selling skills.
- Ability to work toward sales targets.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
- Knowledge of the local language is an advantage.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
