About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Marketing Head to lead our marketing function, drive brand growth, generate business opportunities, and strengthen our market presence across the education sector.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Lead and manage the marketing team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Plan and execute B2B marketing strategies targeting schools, colleges, institutions, and corporate partners.
- Drive lead generation, brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key institutional stakeholders.
- Plan and execute field marketing campaigns, events, seminars, education fairs, and promotional activities.
- Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies for business expansion.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior.




- Coordinate with the Sales, Business Development, Academic, and Digital Marketing teams.
- Track marketing performance through KPIs, conversion rates, lead quality, and ROI.
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective utilization of resources.
- Develop innovative campaigns to strengthen the organization's brand positioning.
- Prepare regular marketing reports and present performance insights to management.

Requirements
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in Marketing, preferably in a leadership role.
- Strong experience in B2B marketing is mandatory.
- Experience in EdTech, Education, Training, or a related industry will be highly preferred.
- Proven experience in managing and leading a marketing team.
- Strong knowledge of field marketing, institutional marketing, and lead-generation strategies.
