Role Summary
The Consultant - Strategy, Operating Model & Organization Design supports the delivery of strategic consulting engagements, focusing on operating model redesign, organizational structure, workforce planning, and business transformation. This role requires solid analytical capability, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams to deliver high-impact solutions.

Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Analysis & Problem Solving- Conduct research, data analysis, and benchmarking to identify insights on client challenges.
- Support the development of strategic recommendations related to operating model transformation and organizational effectiveness.
- Assist in diagnosing current-state issues across processes, governance, technology, and organizational structures.

2. Operating Model Design Support- Contribute to defining future-state operating model components including roles, capabilities, processes, and decision rights.
- Support development of transition roadmaps, capability assessments, and implementation plans.




- Document key deliverables such as org charts, governance frameworks, and operating model blueprints.

3. Organization Design & Workforce Planning- Assist in designing organizational structures, role definitions, and spans & layers assessments.
- Conduct job analysis, competency mapping, and workforce sizing exercises.
- Support change management, communication, and adoption activities.

4. Project Execution & Delivery- Work with cross-functional project teams to deliver engagement activities.
- Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and workshops for client stakeholders.
- Support project management tasks including planning, tracking, and risk reporting.

5. Client Engagement & Collaboration- Participate in client workshops, interviews, and working sessions.
- Build strong working relationships with client teams and internal stakeholders.
