Job Purpose

To drive top-line revenue and scale annual EPC execution velocity from 35–50 MW to 150–200+ MW/year by leading high-value client acquisitions, rigorous tender vetting, commercial negotiations, and payment collection. This role serves as the primary bridge between external clients and internal execution teams, ensuring profitable and risk-mitigated project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Client Relationship Management

Lead business development to secure third-party utility BoS, industrial ground-mounted, and rooftop EPC contracts across Gujarat and target states. Own high-level client relationships from initial pitch through project handover.
- Opportunity Vetting & Management Memos

Evaluate tenders, RFPs, and direct leads. Conduct feasibility and risk assessments to present structured review memos and go/no-go recommendations to management.
- Legal & Commercial Contract Negotiations

Drive end-to-end negotiations for complex EPC and customer contracts, securing favorable payment terms, milestone structures, liability caps, and risk allocations.




- Payment & Cash Flow Tracking

Oversee milestone-linked billing schedules, ensure timely realization of customer payments, and minimize outstanding receivables to support working capital health.
- Cross-Functional Execution Coordination

Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and site execution teams to ensure seamless transition of won contracts from sales handover to project delivery.

Qualifications & Experience
- Education: B.Tech / BE (Electrical or Mechanical) with MBA in Sales/Marketing or Operations.
- Experience: 8–12 years in B2B technical sales, commercial contracting, and key account management within utility-scale solar EPC or heavy industrial infrastructure.
- Competencies:
- Expertise in EPC contract law and tender evaluation
- Solid commercial risk management skills
- Proficiency in milestone-based billing and cash flow tracking
- Deep understanding of regional solar market dynam
