Job Objective
This position exists for the purpose of playing a vital role in supporting the Director of Learning and Development in executing high-impact, guest-centric training programs.
Essential Job Tasks
Coordination at Unit level and Hub level for training initiatives, Use data driven L&D; analytics
Areas of Responsibility
Training Program Coordination and Execution
- Support in Program Delivery: Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of training programs for associates, focusing on service standards, guest experience enhancement, and brand consistency.
- Training Calendar Management: Develop and manage a structured training calendar based on departmental needs, working closely with department heads to schedule and prioritize training sessions.
Monitoring and Collating Reports
- Provide regular reports to the Director of L&D;, highlighting training participation, feedback, and areas for improvement, supporting a data-driven approach to continuous development.
