Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide training on quality systems and procedures to employees at all levels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and improve overall performance.
- Develop and implement effective quality control measures to ensure product safety and consistency.
- Conduct regular audits to identify areas of improvement in quality assurance processes.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 7-10 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Compliance Assurance role within the dairy industry (ice cream division).
- Diploma in Food Technology or B.Tech / B.E. degree from a recognized institution.
- Robust understanding of food safety regulations, HACCP principles, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
- Proven track record of implementing successful quality management systems.
