JAMMIESHQ is a vibrant D2C womenswear clothing brand dedicated to delivering high-quality, stylish, and sustainable fashion. We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Junior Merchandiser to join our team and contribute to our exciting growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Sampling Programs: Create and maintain updated records of all sampling programs to ensure timely and efficient processes.
- Team Coordination: Collaborate with the sampling team to ensure samples are produced in the correct fabrics and meet quality standards.
- Fabric and Trim Sourcing: Assist in sourcing high-quality fabrics and trims that align with the brand's aesthetic and sustainability goals.
- On-field Research: Conduct research in the field for potential new fabrics and trims, keeping abreast of industry trends.
- Measurement Charts: Maintain and update measurement charts for each style, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Organization: Systematically organize and file papers, patterns, samples, trims, and fabrics for easy access and reference.
- Vendor Coordination:



Liaise with vendors to ensure smooth communication and timely delivery of materials and samples.
- Customer Orders: Assist in fulfilling customer orders, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our clients.
- Exhibition Setup: Assist in setting up the stall from scratch and make the stall look attractive visually.

Qualifications:
- Degree / Diploma in Fashion Merchandising, Textiles.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Passion for fashion and knowledge of current trends in the industry.
- Previous experience in merchandising or a related role
