Job Description

Responsibilities
- Client Engagement and Communication
- Directly gather and document client requirements.
- Ensure all client needs are understood and documented.
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients throughout the project.
- Keep detailed records of processes, requirements, and changes.
- Requirement Translation and Documentation
- Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements.
- Create process flows, use cases, user stories, wireframes, and diagrams.
- Develop user stories and acceptance criteria to guide development.
- Prioritization and Coordination
- Prioritize initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
- Coordinate closely with developers, QAs, and stakeholders to keep projects on track.
- Testing and Validation
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet client needs.
- Support QA in designing test scenarios and validating features.
- Ensure acceptance criteria guide the testing process.
- Agile and SDLC Support




- Experienced in Agile methodologies and Scrum.
- Support the full SDLC, from requirements gathering to implementation.
- Manage project timelines, risks, and issues.
- Use tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps (ADO), and Trello for task management.
- Documentation and Reporting
- Update meeting notes, release notes, and maintain thorough records.
- Present project progress to stakeholders and create detailed technical reports.

Lead projects, perform gap analysis, and Root Cause Analyses (RCAs).
