We're hiring a Sales Representative (Min. 1–2 Years, Experienced) who can sell with genuine confidence and command — someone

who builds instant trust, reads the client's needs, and confidently guides them to a decision. Immediate

joiners will be prioritized.

Role Overview
- Generate new business opportunities and client leads.
- Connect with prospects via calls, emails & meetings.
- Understand client requirements and pitch our services with clarity and conviction.
- Handle objections confidently and turn hesitation into commitment.
- Follow up with leads persistently and close deals effectively.
- Maintain client relationships for repeat business and referrals.

Skills We're Looking For
- High-ticket selling confidence — comfortable pitching premium offerings and closing big-value deals

with ease.
- Strong command over conversation — able to build instant rapport and hold a client's attention from

the first call to the final handshake.
- Persuasive,



benefit-led pitching — presents value in a way that makes the client see the deal, not just

hear about it.
- Skilled objection handling — stays composed under pushback and turns 'I'll think about it' into a

signed deal.
- Assumptive closing technique — guides the conversation toward a decision rather than waiting for

one.
- Resilience and hunger — bounces back from rejection and stays driven toward the next opportunity.
- Target-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales numbers.
- Solid follow-up discipline — never lets a warm lead go cold.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing is a plus.
- Good coordination skills and comfort working with MS Office / CRM tools.
