We are looking for an experienced Manager with a strong background in the Stock Market / Stock Broking industry to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations and business activities related to the stock market.
- Lead and manage team members to achieve business and revenue targets.
- Monitor team performance, productivity, and client-related activities.
- Guide the team on market products, trading services, and business development.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Drive business growth and achieve assigned targets.
- Coordinate with management and provide regular performance updates.
- Ensure proper adherence to company policies, processes,



and compliance requirements.

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the Stock Market / Stock Broking industry.
- Previous experience in a Managerial / Team Management role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of stock market products, trading, and financial services.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and client-management skills.
- Strong target-oriented approach with the ability to drive team performance.
- Candidates with experience in Equity, Broking, Trading, or Financial Services will be preferred.
