Key Responsibilities

1. Export Merchandising

* Handle export customers and manage orders from enquiry to shipment.

* Understand customer requirements, specifications, pricing and delivery schedules.

* Prepare quotations, costing, order sheets and other merchandising documents.

* Coordinate with customers for approvals, samples, fabrics, trims and production requirements.

* Follow up with Production, PPC, Purchase, Quality and Stores to ensure timely order execution.

* Monitor order status and proactively identify and resolve delays.

* Ensure shipments are completed as per customer requirements and committed timelines.

* Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and support development of new customers.

2. B2C Business Management

* Take ownership of day-to-day merchandising and operational activities for the companys B2C business.

* Coordinate with design, production, inventory, marketing and e-commerce teams.

* Monitor product availability, stock levels, sales and customer requirements.

* Support new product development,



sampling and product launches.

* Analyse sales and inventory data and recommend replenishment / production requirements.

* Coordinate with the team to ensure timely availability of products on online channels.

* Support development of new products based on customer feedback, market trends and sales data.

3. Product & Sampling

* Coordinate development of recent products with the design and sampling teams.

* Prepare and maintain product specifications, BOMs and costing.

* Follow up on samples and ensure timely approvals.

* Ensure products are developed within target cost and required quality standards.

4. Order & Production Follow-up

* Prepare and monitor detailed order execution plans.

* Track fabric, trims and production readiness.

* Coordinate with PPC and production teams to ensure adherence to delivery schedules.

* Monitor WIP and finished goods against order requirements.
