Roles and Responsibilities
- Plan production activities to meet customer requirements, ensuring timely delivery of products.
- Oversee plant operations, including manpower handling, production planning, quality control, and stock management.
- Implement factory operations and management strategies to improve efficiency and reduce wastage.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean working workplace.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to product development, manufacturing processes, and supply chain logistics.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-5 years of experience in Production Management or similar role in FMCG industry.
- MBA/PGDM degree from any specialization (preferably).
- Solid understanding of Factory Management principles, including manpower handling, production planning, quality control, stock management, wasteage control.
