​About the Role

TRAMA CLUB is hiring a dedicated Team Member for Sales & Store Operations. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales, providing exceptional customer service, managing daily store operations, handling billing, and assisting with stock management and local marketing efforts.

​Key Responsibilities

​Sales & Customer Service: Actively assist customers, understand their style preferences, recommend suitable apparel, and support store sales targets.

​Billing & Cash Handling: Accurately process customer transactions using Cash, UPI, and Card methods while keeping systematic billing records.

​Store Operations & Maintenance: Open and close the store following standard procedures, maintain organized displays, fold/arrange merchandise, and keep trial rooms and the showroom floor clean and hygienic.

​Inventory Management: Help with stock counts, barcode/price tagging, stock receiving,



and tracking fast-moving items.

​Marketing & Social Media Support: Assist in taking product photos/videos, supporting WhatsApp and Instagram promotions, and participating in store promotional events.

​Work Schedule & Shift Details

​Schedule: 6 days a week with 1 weekly off (scheduled on Tuesday or Wednesday).

​Shift Times: Rotational shifts including Morning Shift (10:00 AM – 06:30 PM) and Afternoon Shift (01:30 PM – 10:00 PM), each including a 30-minute meal break.

​Probation: 3-month probation period.
