Stone Tech is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to handle sales and business development for our mining and industrial crane manufacturing products. The candidate will be responsible for developing new customers, maintaining existing client relationships, generating business opportunities, preparing quotations, negotiating commercial terms, and achieving monthly and annual sales targets. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B industrial sales, preferably in cranes, material handling equipment, heavy machinery, mining equipment, engineering products, or a related industry.
Required Skills & Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in B2B / Industrial Sales.
Experience in crane, mining equipment,
heavy machinery, material handling equipment,
engineering products, or related industries will be preferred.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Good customer relationship management skills.
Ability to generate leads and convert enquiries into orders.
Robust follow-up and convincing skills.
Basic understanding of technical products and industrial machinery.
Willingness to travel for customer visits and business development.
Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and sales reporting.
Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
