Key Responsibilities-
- Handle cash, payments, billing, and ticketing accurately.
- Assist customers and resolve queries professionally.
- Explain ticket rules, offers, and facilities clearly.
- Handle refunds and report cash or billing discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate cash and billing records.
- Support customers during peak hours and heavy crowd flow.
- Follow company policies and ticketing procedures.
- Maintain proper grooming and professional appearance.
- Work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Coordinate with the team for smooth ticketing operations.
