Key Responsibilities
- Own application architecture, technology standards and engineering practices
- Review PRs and ensure code quality, security, testing and maintainability
- Guide backend, frontend, API and database development
- Drive AWS/cloud architecture, CI/CD and DevOps practices
- Establish code review, testing and release standards
- Use AI tools to improve development productivity, testing and documentation
- Track technical debt, vulnerabilities, engineering quality and delivery metrics
- Govern internal applications, websites, microsites and vendor-built solutions

What We’re Looking For
- Strong hands-on software engineering background
- Expertise in
Java, .NET or PHP
- Working knowledge of
React, Angular or modern JavaScript/TypeScript
- Positive
Python




skills for automation and integrations
- Solid experience with
REST APIs, databases, authentication and web architecture
- Experience with
AWS, CI/CD, Git and cloud infrastructure
- Knowledge of testing, code quality and application security
- Experience with
AI-assisted development tools

Good to Have

AWS services, Terraform/CloudFormation/CDK, GitHub Actions/GitLab CI, SonarQube, CodeQL, Snyk, Dependabot and engineering dashboards.
