Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain HR analytics dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the organization.
- Design and implement data visualization tools using Python, SQL, and Advanced Excel to analyze large datasets.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs through data-driven insights.
- Provide regular reporting on HR metrics, trends, and recommendations to senior management.
Job Requirements :
- 2-7 years of experience in an HR role or related field as a Human Resource Analyst.
- Solid proficiency in Python programming language along with expertise in SQL database management systems.
- Experience working with Dashboards software such as Tableau or Power BI is desirable but not mandatory.
